Our Meet & Greet is a free 15-minute appointment designed to answer any general questions you may have about our membership and the services we offer. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn more about how we can help you achieve your health goals in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, payment is required in advance. We understand that unexpected situations may occur, and we are happy to provide a refund when we receive at least 12 hours notice before your scheduled appointment.

Please note that if you do not attend your appointment or more than 15 minutes late without providing the required notice, a $75 no-show fee will be retained, and the remaining balance of your payment will be refunded.
